As soon as they had brought them out, one of them said, “Flee for your lives! Don’t look back, and don’t stop anywhere in the plain! Flee to the mountains or you will be swept away(Gen 19:17)!“

God wanted the Lot’s family to flee to the mountains when they left Sodom; an angel said,” Don’t look back, and don’t stop anywhere in the plain. ” But Lot’s wife looked back and was turned into a pillar of salt. Let us not cling to the past and live with the Word of God.

Heavenly Father, Thank you for giving us a beautiful day. Sometimes we have tough days; please help us when we have a hard time. Please let us live and depend on you so we may not cling to the past and regrets. In Jesus’ name, I prayed. Amen.

Today’s Word and Prayer

He took him outside and said, “Look up at the heavens and count the stars if indeed you can count them.” Then he said to him, “So shall your offspring be(Gen 15:5).“

One night, God came to Abram and asked if he could count the stars in the sky, and God said, “So shall your offspring be.” Sometimes we think we can’t do it. But God said that he could make it. God can do everything for you. Let’s expect a miracle today.

Heavenly Father, Thank you for giving us a beautiful day. As God promised to Abram, I believe that God can change from impossible to possible. God, we expect a miracle today. Give us grace today. In the name of Jesus, I prayed. Amen.

Today’s Word and Prayer

Lot looked up and saw that the whole plain of the Jordan was well watered, like the garden of the LORD, like the land of Egypt, toward Zoar. This was before the LORD destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah(Gen 13:10).

Lot chose the Jordan and settled at Sodom. Because it looked good, however, it brought great disaster to him. We should pray before we make crucial decisions.

Heavenly Father, Thank you for giving us a beautiful day. I don’t want to follow my own will but to follow God’s will. Please provide me with wisdom. the name of Jesus, I prayed. Amen.

Today’s Word and Prayer

Then God blessed Noah and his sons, saying to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the earth.”(Gen 9:1)

God punished those who disobeyed by water but blessed Noah’s family who obeyed God’s word. God made them fruitful, increased in number, and filled the earth. Today, God wants to give us such incredible blessings.

Heavenly Father, Thank you for giving us a beautiful day. Bless everyone whom I met today. God, who blessed Noah’s family, thank you for blessing me today. Please give me the grace to live a life of sharing and giving to others. Lord, help me to show God’s love to my neighbors. In the name of Jesus, I prayed. Amen.

Noah did everything just as God commanded him(Gen 6:22)

God commanded Noah to build an ark. Noah didn’t understand, but he obeyed God’s command and was saved from the judgment of water. Sometimes we do not understand God’s will, but let us obey the Word of God today.

Heavenly Father, Thank you for giving us a beautiful day. Bless everyone whom I met today. Just as God gave names to Adam and Eve, Thank you for you know my name. Just as Noah built the ark by obeying God’s Word, help us obey God’s Word with our heart, soul, and strength. In the name of Jesus, we prayed. Amen.

Today’s Word and Prayer

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.(Gen 1:1-2)

When God created the heavens and earth, He created the light. Sometimes we have darkness in our lives, and God wants to shine his light on us. Let’s fix our eyes on God. Today, He will shine his light on us.

Let’s Pray: Heavenly Father, thank you for giving us a beautiful day. We brought the problems of darkness in our lives to You. Let all our darkness go away, and let the light of God shine in our lives. We cast all our heavy burdens on You. In the name of Jesus, we prayed. Amen.
